PE&PP: Validation Testing
Validation Testing of Mixed Polymer Beads: Aged PE and Pristine PP
Our validation testing protocol is meticulously crafted to swiftly and accurately assess the homogeneity of mixed polymer samples. This process is particularly crucial when evaluating combinations of aged Polyethylene (PE) beads mixed with pristine Polypropylene (PP) beads.
The testing is also designed to detect any unexpected or undesired degradation that may have occurred during the manufacturing process. A key observation in these tests is the distinct visibility of unaged PP, which prominently stands out at the center of the PE pellets. This contrast not only aids in the analysis of the material composition but also underscores the effectiveness of our testing in identifying variances within mixed polymer samples.
